What the fuck does that have to do with anything?
This was a 100% failure on some dumbass to accept this kind of change without any validation.
It is 100% impossible for the "Contact Us" form to validly come from an email address linked to the sender.

Fun fact - that's the town in Colorado where I live. Guess we'll be getting fewer potholes fixed this winter.

I just heard that Erie does have insurance for this sort of thing, so they'll get some of the money back.
