Skype for Business Cloud - Gateway support for Analog/digital devices

Dealing with a bit of an on-going situation where we have a work-around, but its annoying and not what we ordered. I'm now trying to look into it and need to find a SfB Cloud hosted compatible device that will work with a Biamp unit to sign into SfB using just user credentials, and run our mics and speakers for a conference room.
Adding Root Certificates to our install aren't out of the option, but are generally unacceptable options at the moment.
Looking for guidance.

This is what I think we would need, but I'm neither inclined to figure that out, nor do I want any additional equipment (VM or otherwise [MS recommends physical for this?!]) to do this. . .
