Print out App List
-
Hoping someone here may now a way in which I can get a list of all the apps, paid & free that have been download / installed onto an iPad?
I look after several schools and it's not uncommon to have more 100 apps on their iPads and no one knows what's on them.
I've only been able to find out how to view them via iTunes and can't see any way in which I could print a list.
Thanks in advance.

You would have to have some type of MDM application setup to get that information.

i'm hoping to avoid that. when you setup a device to be 'supervised' you have to nuke the device, all the apps get removed.
I'm hoping to find an app that can use an apple ID to look at the apps list and print it out.

What solution are you using? They all most certainly do not do that.
I have a client with the legacy free Meraki still working. It does not wipe a phone when you install the security profile.

i've been setting up ipads that have been in use, to become supervised using apple configurator 2. The erase stage is part of making the ipad supervised.
Had to do this so I could enroll them in apple school manager.

Yeah setting up things with configurator is a totally different beast.
