Mitel - connection to SIP provider

Jared and I spent more than an hour trying to get my Mitel 5000 to connect to VOIP.ms.
Let me start by saying that I have a working connection to Cox Communication for SIP.
Here are the settings we have so far for VOIP.ms
MiVoice Office 250 > System > Devices and Feature Codes > SIP Peers > SIP Trunk Groups
I created Trunk Group 9205
As noted here, The IP is for chicago2.voip.ms. The call configuration of '2' is based upon the setting that work for Cox.
The following were changed to Yes- Use Peer Address In From Header
- Disable Domain Validation
All other settings left as default.
Again, the same IP as before.
The Initial Retry Interval was changed to 120 from 60
All other settings left as default.
Inbound authentication is left NO
Set the outbound Username and password to match VOIP.ms subaccount
(Jared suggested that I use a password containing no special characters)
All other settings left as default.Keep-Alive
Changed Pinter Interval to 120.
All other settings left as default.Move to

Add the number of trunks you have licenses for. While you can add as many trunks as you like, Mitel will only allow you to use them up to the point where you run out of licenses.
*Note - If you have multiple resources using a license type, SIP for example, All licenses are assigned to the trunks for the lowest numerical SIP Trunk Groups, then the next lowest, etc. This means if you have 23 licenses, and have 23 trunks in the first group, you will have zero left over for your second group. You can delete trunks from the lower numbered group to allow licenses to be usable for the second group. Unfortunately, Mitel doesn't see concurrent usage, only assigned usage.
All other settings are default.
With the above settings, I can and do get registered and can make outgoing calls. I cannot make incoming calls - I get a normal busy.
Then after a period of time (less than 5 mins) the registration will drop and outgoing calls will stop.

In my case I want them to use my call routing table based on incoming phone number. -

You don't have super secret SIP-ALG on the "modem"/gateway do you? No double NAT setup? Those are what I just ran into recently.
What about the "NAT settings" in the first pic?

done - let's see if it stay active now.
I changed the ping time back to 60 as well.

It's been a painful two days, but it's fixed.
I've edited the OP with the solution, but here it is just the same.

You'll see places to add your new SIP trunk under > Facility Groups > P1500 (or your own numbering scheme) > Trunk Groups/Nodes
in the right pane, right click and add.
