      This is from the point of view of a host not client correct? (You can't remote INTO ChromeOS with Connectwise Control can you?)

        Current. This is client side. You can't "install" anything on ChromeOS, so conceptually that stuff isn't possible.

        Chrome Remoting will allow you to support ChromeOS in that way, though, for free.

          I would give screenconnect a 10 if they would fix the mouse on their android client. It is completely obtuse and more aggravating than usable. I used to use logmein, and it was so easy to jump on when out and about. I think I have done that 3 or 4 times in the past 2 years with screenconnect. It just isn't worth the hassle most of the time.

                      Yes, about a year ago. To compete with Azure AD.

                          No, that's just a desktop remoting system. We're talking about a management platform. More like MDM. Not remote assistance.
