For Lying? Really? Other than yourselves (NTG) have you ever seen a vendor do that to a customer? This seriously makes me chuckle.

To be fair we are not a Vendor, but yeah most if not all Vendors truth isn't something in their vocabulary.

Well we are a "vendor" but we sell services, not product.

If they are committing libel? I would expect it.

While the facts are completely wrong, the gist of his complaint isn't wrong. So the vendor probably won't say anything (and so far has not).

Which part of his complaint is true? From what I could tell, his entire complaint was that he made something up and someone didn't do the made up thing that he wanted.

The vendor has stated that "of course we're going to support iPads, everyone loves iPads"
As well as the sales people telling new clients that the product supports iPads, which is true sorta. The product is unusable in a clinic setting on an iPad, but you can search for things and do some other things, but it's not usable as a primary device for this application.

Oh okay, I missed that in the original statement.

This is one of the reasons I stopped dealing with EMR/EHR software.

Definitely sounds like a not fun area.
