      What kind of service are you using? SIP accounts, SFB something else?

      Are you attempting to register from the phone itself, the phone's console, a deployment server?

        There can be so many reasons for this. Is this on the LAN with nothing in between?

            Typically you need the server address, ports, protocol, username and password at a minimum.

                    WTF? This is one of the dumbest things ever. You are hosting a file for people to download. Why the fuck would it need scanned? Did you not ensure it was clean when you posted it?

                      That looks like ATP is being used where they are hosting the site, so most likely they have an in-house web server and yeah @JaredBusch I do not know why they made it that way!
