Really? There were so many weasel worded things in there when I read it, I just assumed that they've always been "sharing" information they collect.

Really? There were so many weasel worded things in there when I read it, I just assumed that they've always been "sharing" information they collect.
More than just violating ToS, they appear to have just plain old violated the law. ToS doesn't change the legal requirements.
