At work now. My skype interview went REALLY well! I interviewed with the Director of Engineering and another senior IT guy. First guy was asking questions I just didn't have an answer to. Then the Director of Engineering got on and I felt it went really well. They are going to discuss me internally and I may be interviewing with people at their Addison office.

Trying to explain to someone that Wifi Channels and interference is an issue still today, while he refuses to believe and says that's not an issue with G very much and not at all with N. It was apparently mainly an issue with B... FAIL!

The best way to learn is to get up there and start ripping. Then you have incentive to do a good job.
...and you will likely encounter things you can't find in a book. -

My guitar wireless kills all the wifi in the house when I use it. Of course, it has to be 2.4GHz. What a nuisance.
-
going up there blind wouldn't have been a good idea. rafters replaced, decking cut and the sheathing underneath has been cut. need an extra pair of hands to hold the plywood in place while i nail it. but yeah, this isn't too bad.

It's not to bad. I always forget how to cut the eave caps out of shingles take me a few times to get the angles right again when I start.
