IMO I'm not learning, at least not well enough. That was my point
First of all, keyword there was "trying". Second, you are learning what NOT to do in some aspects.
And learning... in an environment with no mentors, no training, nothing to achieve or aspire to. The environment gives no value to learning or doing a good job,
