Someone on here, Willard I think, had a hell of a time with them. xByte ended up replacing them with Dell drives at no cost to him.

Should still be under warranty, correct?

True, but warranty normally means replaced with similar item from same company... and the next question is.. who offered the warranty? xByte or Edge?

This. How long has your system been in service?

                              Ok fundamental question.

Is the issue that, other customers have issues, we want to return them even though we've had no issues yet?

Meaning, the product is currently not in a defective state or unfit for purpose.

Yeah I had some issues with them. They were very flaky in my DELL servers.

                                xByte replaced them for me.

I would think if xByte if saying they will work, they will do what is right, then take it up with EDGE themselves.

                                  P.S. That sucks for xByte.

I wasn't overly impressed with EDGE when we were dealing with them. Now xByte, boy howdy!
