Does anything happen if you press enter? Sounds like it might not be booting properly.

Not a difficult person, but why did @scottalanmiller recommend that? The typical recommendation here would be an ERX due to the low power consumption. EdgeOS is a fork of VyOS too.

@wirestyle22 Because @NerdyDad wanted to use his own hardware.

              This is not correct.

EdgeOS and VyOS are both forks of Vyatta.

@JaredBusch I thought VyOS was Vyatta. Oops.

EdgeOS is a sibling fork of Vyatta. So EdgeOS and VyOS come from Vyatta, not EdgeOS from VyOS. I had that wrong at first, too. They are definitely super similar. VyOS is for general CPU devices, like in this situation. EdgeOS is for Ubiquiti hardware.

Vyatta is the closed source router OS in Brocades now.

Nothing happens. Think maybe GRUB died?

Yep. Or it never got loaded properly in the first place.

Yeah, could be a hardware issue, a driver issue, a bad ISO... all kinds of things. Start by trying an install from the beginning again.
