They need to call Softmart or CDW. Softmart can normally have gear like this for us same day if they are able to drive to the local Ingram Micro location and next day if not. Just called Shannon at Softmart and get what they need ordered for them.
Softmart is no longer Softmart. They are now Connection. As in PC Connection. They were purchased in May.
Additionally, and in what I can only assume is a related issue, Shannon no longer has the account role she used to have, and has been a horrible rep for me.

Oh wow I hadn't heard either This really stinks. My guess is we will no longer be using them.

I had used CCB for years, but most of 2015 just sucked with my purchasing through them, so I began looking for options.
I chose Softmart based on recommendations from people in the community.
It has never been a great experience. Response times have consistently been slow, and lately, nearly non-existent. But I was trying to give it a solid year because I do not generally deal with a ton of hardware purchasing.

They used to be amazing. We'd get two hour turnaround from order to pickup. Good pricing, the whole nine yards

My experience was mostly like JB's - but I've been using Shannon for 3+ years. It was great a while ago, but the last year has been slower.
I noticed the name change last week on a quote request, but didn't connect it with PC connection ewww!
