Drobo B800i Can't Be Discovered

We just did a relocation of a Drobo B800i SAN to a new location on a new network. A freshly installed Drobo Dashboard at that location cannot discover the device. The IP range at the new site is almost certainly different than the old one but who knows what the old one was. From everything that I can find, it looks like our only option is to do a pinhole reset and completely reset the Drobo which is not the end of the world but it is annoying if it can be avoided. Does anyone have a good idea on another way to connect to the Drobo without needed to completely reset?

Sadly, no. Not at my ready disposal. With time I could track them down, but I'm not sure that it is even worth the effort.

Try connecting directly to it with a USB cable from the computer that has Drobo Dashboard on it. That should find it for sure and let you look at ip settings, etc. I've had to do it a couple of times.

There is no USB connectors to plug into.

On your pc or the Drobo? I have a B800i, and it has a USB 2.0 plug on the back. Did it change that some point after they started making this babies?

It's on a really old, temp switch just for the build process.

We got it hooked up via USB and that worked fine. It is all configured now
