I know how a site could be built to make embeddable ones, but I don't know of any site that does (now there is an opportunity...)

This is the best stie I could find. They give you a few different embed options, but nothing seems to work here.

Those are just images, not embeds. Might be able to iFrame it there.

There is apparently a function to allow iFrame content.
Might be worth it.
That or make a gif that takes the exact amount of time to play and never refresh your page

What we need is a GIF that is hosted by a server that generates a new GIF based on the load time with the correct countdown set into it.
