Surface Pro 4 dead pixel

My Surface Pro 4 had dead pixels. Gave it to the shop from where i purchased as it is still under warranty. After almost a week, they replied saying that issue can't be fixed and i got a new Surface Pro 4 as replacement!

Now the real test of Veeam backup. Lets see if this restores from my old Surface Pro 4 backup to the new one!

I suppose that I have been fairly lucky in that regard,.. I don't believe I have had a device with a dead pixel. Or if I have,.. it's been in such a manner that I have not realized it.
Glad they replaced it as opposed to some run around. Must not have been bought from Best Buy.

Most companies won't even return or replace products with dead pixels. It's considered par for the course. Many require over 16 dead pixels for a return or replacement.
