Win2003 R2 media
-
Does anyone have a copy of the Windows Server 2003 R2 media they can make available to me? I have my own CD-Key I just can't locate any media. I'm trying to P2V a machine but it's failing at boot. My plan is to boot to the old media and try to do a repair. Thanks

Let me have a look around.... stand by.

@Dashrender would a Dell version of the disc be ok? That's probably what I have.

Great success!!! I have the Dell installer discs (2x). Server 2003Rd standard w/ sp2. Will that work @Dashrender ?

I'm happy to give it a try!

 How urgent?
Might have some at home unless I put them in the bin already.

I'm thinking they should work. If I remember right with 2003 Server, the dell discs didn't have the VL install key on them. You had to put in the OEM sticker key in when you installed it.

I've the original DVD, let me know if you need it. I can upload the iso to dropbox for instance.

 Did you get this sorted?
Just found my copy. Not sure if it's OEM or MSDN copy.

Yes it's sorted. Sadly, the 2003 iso I had it didn't help me. I resorted to a Win7 iso to set the first partition to active so it would boot, problem solved.
