Check Internet Explorer Version, try to update to the last one.

i will upgrade my IE8 to 11, and i will inform you whether the issue is still happening or nor

          thank

Oh wow, that was way behind. Definitely updates were needed.

Wow is right, that system is years old!

I'd do a virus scan on it while you're there, that thing has probably been vulnerable for years!

Obviously updates are needed here first, but if the issue persists, it can very likely be due to the original item being sent in a very specific encoding.

I run into this often with file names when people in Japan send a document.

The only solution I have it so retype the name or change my system base language.

Here is how I have my desktop setup for example.

for example : X send email to A and B and C ....only A have this issue

So, the question then is how do A's settings differ from B and C's? In particular, look at the language, formatting and font settings. Also check whether A has any Outlook add-ins installed than B and C do not - especially antivirus add-ins.

But what was the sender's system setting? That should not matter in an application such as Outlook, but it is always something I try to check once all the basic troubleshooting steps prove fruitless.

yes you are right, i have to check that also, but if only the sender is someone who is from the users

because there is no additional setting that i have to do with other computers, only setup MS office and everything is OK except with these 2 computers and maybe the number will increase in the future,
