      You can generally get a mortgage around here for $600/month for a house twice or three times the size. That includes utilities and tax.

        I didn't say you couldn't buy a house for less, but that I kind of agree that $800 - $1000 a month isn't horrible for an apartment.

                    They use the zero clearance AC here or whatever it is called. So you can add it easily. You would not need AC in Molina Norte, though, rarely tops 70 at night. Almost always in the mid to high sixties at night, seventies during the day, year round.
