I wonder when these will be used for enterprise storage arrays. Could be handy.

I do not understand why http://www.x10.com/ never moved on from the 1970's.
They have been doing this with basically no technological changes for decades.
The only thing they did was move into CCTV. So much more could have been done here.

I know, they easily could have owned this whole market and instead they just sucked. No modern technology, even the website was embarrassing.

As a former BMW X owner, I'd not call them high end. We traded up to a GMC. Far higher end. BMW 3 series, high end. X, not so much. Horrible cars.

I would not call a GMC (or most any GM product) high end.

Definitely higher end than the BMW X series. The GMC is more reliable, handles better, drives better, is sportier and more comfortable.

After reading the article, Yahoo! is saying it is not supporting IE8 (mostly XP users). This is a good thing even though I may not care for Yahoo! I have too many residential clients who use it.

Clojure is freaking awesome. LISP on Java. NTG maintains a huge Clojure reference library. I hope to get to do a Clojure project at some point.

@scottalanmiller Our difference of opinion on the netflix issue aside, I agree 100% that this new proposal is a BAD idea.

As bad as the Supreme Court ruling on campaign financing.. We can all see how well that worked. Those in power will not change it as they are the ones benefiting. This will be the same.
