LOL, I bet a lot of those companies are truly gone. MSPMentor doesn't really get the top MSPs, it gets the top MSPs that participate in their little world. Lots do, but most I reckon don't even know who they are.
It's like Spiceworks. Being the best or biggest in SW is something, but it isn't the whole world. The average SMB IT shop or average MSP hasn't actually heard of them. Many have, but most haven't. There just isn't any really good central collection for this stuff. SW is as close as you can get.

They are a little trickier than the average router for initial setup. But if you update to the latest firmware, there is a wizard that walks you through everything. I think this is part of their preparation for the new UGS unit that will replace the RouterLite.
