FWIW, I started using the system recently and have run into some of the same issues. In my case, I only see the one view (My Open Tickets) and I haven't found a way to create a new one.
Also, I don't have any available entries in the Ticket Type listbox.
P.S. Is there a preferred existing thread where we can post questions / issues?
Hey there, you can absolutely create ticket views:
In order to create views, select the filter button at the top, check off the save filter as view, give it a name and apply the filter.
As for ticket type being empty that will populate with ticket types that you create.

as for how to create ticket types, currently you can quick create them by selecting the + symbol next to ticket type when you go to create a ticket:

Boy this is weird stuff.
LOL popular stuff when it happened. 14 million players was a big deal at the time! Plus as a Raid Leader it was like a constant puzzle, moving/instructing 40 different players to defeat massive Raid Bosses to race other guilds to finish. It was extremely competitive amongst top guilds.

@quixoticjeremy Nice! I got up to being the top Ranger for about 6 weeks in Everquest, but since we operated with a loot council in my guild, I got bumped down due to others being more favored. I still hovered around top 10-15 for a few months, but I just got burnt out with the brutal 4-6 hours raiding 5 days a week after working 80+ hour weeks at work at the time.

For example when black temple came out we hit that raid for 14 hours straight, ended up finishing I think it was 1 min 30 seconds behind Nihilum. After the BC expac it all went down hill though. They started catering to the casual player and that's fine but it definitely diminished the value of the game for me.

@grey I played Everquest for 14 years before pretty completely getting away from it. A little part of me died when the RP died on Firiona Vie where I had always played. Some of the best RP I've ever seen/done in any setting was on that server over the years. I did the raid thing, actually completed all content up to the point at the time, and then slowly got out after selling my gear and making back every penny I had ever spent on the game and then a little bit (both subscription costs and game/expac costs).
This was wow for me. I ended up selling my account for about 5k when I was done, (my main was named mugzirogue and was a top 10 rogue world wide).

It's great if you can get the time to do it. It's hard for me right now, but I do it when I can.

Yeah, some coach type person went on an epic rant about them last year, swore to go back to pen and paper.
It was Bill Belichik coach for the Patriots lol.
@dafyre easily has some of the best fighting controls. Block directions are controlled by the user, making for some of the best dueling in a video game.
edit: it did For Honor, before For Honor. And includes one of the best single players ever.
