@scottalanmiller When I was a prison guard honestly only about 15% of the inmates were what I called knuckleheads. The rest honestly didn't cause much of a problem.

@coliver I firmly believe that the vast majority of cops are law abiding. It just takes a very small fraction though of bad cops to ruin it for the good cops.

No I sent them a Document on how to properly turn the laptop off, cc'd HR on it. You can't solve stupid with technology.

User complaining about laptop overheating at home. Asked them where they were using it at home, bed, couch, etc thinking they are blocking the vents. They're reply was they leave it in their laptop bag until needed at home and then when she opens it, there is a message about overheating. I ask how do you power it off. Their reply was "Oh I just shut the lid and put it in the laptop bag"

@JaredBusch I just need to go to my orthopedic doctor. He will want to do surgery though. The first time I went in to him after my last Orthopedic doctor moved to Texas, he looked at my MRIs, X-Rays, and the first words out of his mouth was "Fascinating". That is never a good sign.

I need to lose more weight. My problem is I can't really exercise. My lower back and hip are in pain so much that a 15 minute walk has me limping.

@Kelly Baseball and Tennis... I will stick with that excuse as well. Used a trackball for well over 10 years. I am a rather large person 6'5" tall so I have large hands and my only compliant is the Logitech Trackballs have gotten smaller over the years and are now a little too small for my tastes.

I brew my coffee and I have never, ever, found a coffee place to give me a cup of coffee that made me say I will have to come here and spend 5 dollars on a cup of coffee every morning.

Keeping my fingers crossed that all the work I did in putting drainage tile around my house will work and take the water away from my basement. Basement flooded in the the Christmas Floods of 2015...so far so good.....

@NerdyDad Wasn't planning on it. I have to go an lay on a mattress before I will buy it. That is one of the things that I want to see touch and feel before I plunk down my money for it. Mattresses are just too expensive imho.

I am getting ready to go buy a new bed. Any suggestions? Leaning toward memory foam/cool gel.

I liked the Windows Phone interface. I had one years ago. I think it was Windows Phone 7 back then. However, I was reading this thread to a co-worker and couldn't stop laughing when I was telling him Microsoft's decision.

Getting ready to leave work. St. Louis Cardinals 1st game of a double header is over so there is traffic from that along with rush hour traffic. 2nd game will start in an hour so you also have people coming in for that. I am getting ready to go drive in it. I really hate traffic.

@Lakshmana No I am not starting a new business. I still have my side business for a few clientele, but I am looking to leave my day job. I have went from having weekends off to being on call 24x7 52 weeks a year. I am not exaggerating. I got in trouble because on a Saturday I was working in my yard and I didn't have my phone on me (I was hot and sweaty, didn't have pockets, so my phone was inside) and I responded back to someone two and a half hours after they tried to contact me. ON MY DAY OFF, on a Saturday and was told that was unacceptable. They don't pay me enough for that type of support.
