3. "In the bottom, left corner you will see a pretty little logo. Click it. It will show you another symbol of a circle with a line in it. Click that too. Bear with me, we're almost there. You should see a third menu. One of the options in that menu should be "Shutdown". Then go home. You're not smart enough to work here.

That would be Awesome, id Call just to hear the prompts..

Just watched a user used the touch screen on their laptop while in Desktop mode instead of using the touchpad. I so wanted to scream "This is SPARTA" and kick the user and laptop.

lol,.. My laptop is a touch screen,.. so when I was using my brothers the other week,... I tapped the screen like 3 times... we both laughed about it.

Very much understand... I started in IT in 1990,.. but had already been working with computers for a few years...

Seen some crazy stupid things,.. and dealt with some of the densest end users,.. Best you can do is vent in a productive way, and move on... at least the best you can.
