Yes...I was one of the FEW who had a Jaguar, mainly because I was a die hard Atari fan but also I just had to have Alien Vs. Predator and it was worth the investment for then. Tempest 2000 was also amazing...

For low end, it isn't bad...if you have any questions, let me know...
Lots of reports of the app store being full of malware, wondering if you can confirm?
General thoughts on useability / UI ?
Pros / Cons?
There are a lot of "fake" apps out there and Microsoft is working on purging those. Just make sure the publisher is who actually makes the popular app.
I totally love and use the live tiles. Very helpful. I also use the FAMILY ROOM or general ROOMS feature and it is fantastic in keeping groups of family members with Windows Phone in touch. Love, LOVE this feature but you for sure need other members of the family on Windows Phone.
The settings screen is long and drawn out and could use some work.
Cortana rocks if you really use it like it should be used.
I forgot about the Family Room feature! It's tops!
Mrs nadnerB and I use it a lot. Our main calendar is there and we have our get-this-on-the-way-home-from-work shopping list in the Family Room OneNote notebook
We have a FAMILY ROOM for my wife and I...one for her side of her family (those with Windows Phones, which is about 7) and one for my folks. VERY, VERY handy. And sadly, one of the last "hub" apps really still left that is useful.

@alexntg nope. No idea where one would be. Where would I be likely to come across one?
For you, The Westchester in White Plains or the Danbury Fair Mall
If that's where they are, how have any of you stumbled across one?
Best Buy's "Microsoft Store" has them now as well...

I had to look it up and I will say that those 2 episodes where pretty grim and gritty.
@scottalanmiller I probably missed 1 to 2 episodes a month for 2 seasons before I gave up on DS9. Missed too much and was too hard to find the time. Voyager was worse, I saw 4 episodes in 6 months. I watched all of Voyager last year on Netflix and was pleasantly surprised with the series. Aftewards, I watched all of DS9 too. I grew to appreciate DS9's long and winding tale and was bummed that the series was over.
It brings some of TNG together for me, being that the shows were on almost at the same time. The stories do intertwine a bit. Sisko is a bad ass though.
When Sisko went bald, it changed everything!

RE: Windows 10 for Phones
You got me excited in thinking this was released today...they did say it would come AFTER the Super Bowl. I will be slow to install it though until I see what it strips out. I may be the only one who uses the ROOM hubs with my family and LOVE it.

RE: Veeam B&R 7 Job Setup
I use multiple backups jobs because I was used to that and it was faster having multiple jobs on my old backup software. I was not prepared for the speed of VEEAM. It used to take ALL NIGHT to just backup our file server. Now takes 45 minutes for the VEEAM incrementals.

Really big Rush fan here, but do lament their last several albums. I tend to go back to their older catalog.
One thing I loved about this last tour video, was the first half of the concert was 80's heavy, featuring
Subdivisions
The Big Money
Force Ten
Grand Designs
The Body Electric
Territories
The Analog KidAll played in a row...loved it...especially Grand Designs...

It's funny that it's for the iPhone before the windows phone.
That's always how it is. The Windows Phone just isn't a serious business platform yet. Coming out for that first would not actually make much sense.
Agreed, as I still hold on to my Windows Phone tightly as I can...I simply prefer the experience of it...

RE: Remote Desktop and Desktop Shortcuts
In a way I am glad I am not the only one who had this problem. On the flip side, it doesn't mess up Windows 8.1 start screen. I will look into Fences...

How is the game? Alien themed games have had a rough run of it lately.
If you liked the first movie, single alien, then you will love this game...as mentioned, I've played 2 hours and just now my character saw a glimpse of the Alien...so, now I know it is there...basically, this is between Alien and Aliens...you are Amanda Ripley, looking for clues to her mother's disappearance...

RE: Onedrive is shrinking
This right here has started my "Renaissance" or "epiphany" to stop being so stubborn and being "all in" with Microsoft and embracing choice. And should have listen to @scottalanmiller a long time ago and done it...
What did DEVO say? Freedom of Choice, is what you've got. Freedom FROM Choice, is what you want...

@scottalanmiller They wanted $5,000 to assist...I was thinking this wouldn't be too hard, even if I had to do it all in an evening...
We are a partner that often does free migrations. Desktop profiles are never free but that price seems awfully high for so few users.
Did the partner offer something really compelling to make them a great option?
No...except lowest price I could get...
But that said, I've YET to complete the sign up so they have not been given credit for it... :0

Been looking at picking it up, but can't decide between this, The Evil Within, or Borderlands The Pre-Sequel.
If you REALLY liked the original ALIEN, you HAVE to get this...and do know, this isn't a run of the mill FPS...this is survival, gadget building, sneaking, hiding, outwitting...I'm loving every minute of it...

@scottalanmiller How much is storage on Amazon?
Amazon Drive is $59.99 a year, unlimited too.
It's been good. I started using it in March.
I'm considering moving to this...an Amazon Music, leaving Groove Music. And perhaps a FireTV. (no not going ALL IN on another ecosystem but I've always liked what I can get from my Amazon Prime membership.)
