That's my favorite music notation app. I haven't had time to mess with it in a while.

On the Windows / Mac side I love Sibelius. No Sibelius for Linux, but Musescore has been good on Linux.

I get that, it's just a poor experience for the end users, but why is the Windows 10 installer so non-responsive.

You have to choose: blue-screen loops during install, or slow creation of local users.

Trying to get girlfriend’s laptop through some blue screens. Windows 10 = shit client OS

Girlfriend agreed to try Linux So after I copy some data (and see if this hard drive is reporting bad sectors), her freedom begins.

Added bonus. She’s going t get an SSD. I think the Hdd is done, plus . . . Everyone needs an SSD

Yeah, they block it on Hyperv as it is not mean to be a file server

Makes perfect sense. I was going to copy some ISOs to my Hyper-V server via administrative shares. Of course, there are other ways to accomplish this.

Yes. I think I'll have a yearly performance review, but my direct supervisor does monthly chats. I actually like it. It's basically a review of current projects, a preview of what's coming down the pipe, and a chance to talk about challenges, etc.
