At this point, it may be best to drop the drives back in the old NAS unit and see if it fires up at all. If it does, just copy data from the old NAS to the new.
If it does not, then try to do it with Linux. In the worst case scenario: Dead Nas & no backups, Paragon also has some software that will read EXT partitions in windows. Windows may not recognize the RAID blocks, but Paragon's software might know how to deal with it.

Interestingly enough, I still have the original box, instructions (Printed cards with key bindings etc) and I have the mislabeled disc version (Multiplayer disc is the "Master Game" disc & "Master Game" Disc is the Multiplayer disc).

It might be worth something one day... or not I don't care.
Also of interest, it's 20 years old next year.
Buddy of mine from Highschool ran around installing it on all of the computers in the Library.... from FLOPPY... He waited until the Librarians weren't looking, lol.
I got Chronicles of Valkyria for $5 this weekend. Haven't had time to play it yet though.

I guess what I'm asking is what should I be studying? Network+ MCSE CCNA exam study material?
So the Network+ I recommend to everyone. It's just good base knowledge.
The MCSE is good if you want to work as a Windows Systems Admin or Engineer, but not if you don't.
The CCNA is the first baby step on the path to working as a Cisco-focused network admin. This does not align in any way with your descriptions of jobs you are interested in. This is a wholly different path than you have been alluding to. And on its own it is a useless cert, too junior to get you even an entry level job as a Cisco Admin and too focused to be useful to a generalist.
If you get your Network+ certs and decide you want to go more in depth into networking, I'd definitely recommend the CCNA classes. If you get a good instructor, you'll be in good shape. The beauty of things like Network+ and CCNA, is that the ideas are all the same, no matter what networking vendor you ultimately settle on.
I got my CCNA, and a year later landed a job that had 1 Cisco router and 50 HP Switches. Terms change, and a lot of the jargon changed... But the ideas still remained the same.

In our High School it was Quake. Everyone played Quake all of the time haha.
Ah yep... I was the one who managed to get it installed on a network share and was giving the link out to other kids.... it was still there five years later when I started working at the school. Felt terrible having to undo my hard work.
Why would you?

Dell Warranty & Onsite Service (Exclusive Offer) (3 Year Dell ProSupport 4HR 7x24 Onsite: Non Mission Critical)
Server no drives ($10,156+/Each)Why do you need such a costly warranty? Isn't the point of having 2 hosts that you only need 1 running at a given time?
I think that's got some confusing numbers in it, my math says that $10k is about what the server would run without SSD
This 10K price tag is for the Servers AND the 3 year Warranty, right?

Because no one else could figure it out... some of the librarians and lab teachers were complaining (and had been since I was in school).
ROFL. Shame on you. You should have at least hid it on another student's account.
I am beginning to see some of the benefits of the "unLAN" setup like what @NTG is doing. If one of them gets a virus, they just wipe the device, change passwords from a trusted device, and work from another device while their bugged one is being reimaged.
No need for user-backups because everything should be stored in OneDrive, etc. Right?

We weren't allowed EXE files in our home drives. I had a game where you catapulted kittens at spikes that I'd put in load into my Home Drive and bury it under a massive directory structure ( H:\work\a\b\c\d\e\f\nothing\to\see\here\ etc %game%.exe.
Every day the game would be deleted and every day, I'd put it back... until the IT chap(s?) removed my access permission to the work folder. That wouldn't have been so bad but I was young and didn't know you could do that and I left my assignment for the computer class in the work folder... oh well, no more assignment... lol.
I found out you could use WP6's Drop to Shell to get into DOS from our Novell Netware system. One kid decided to go through and randomly delete stuff and wound up crashing the whole lab. That one actually wasn't my fault.

But just the glass? Assuming the touch sensor isn't part of the glass, shouldn't matter.
When I was in rural Panama, my glass got broken (first time ever) and the only repair option was a little shop in the middle of nowhere. They replaced the button as part of the glass. Had this happened, Apple would have disabled my phone without even having offered a service option for me.
This could be what pushed me over the edge to going to Android even though I hate Android phones and love iPhone ones. This is not something a traveller can have. The ability to have anyone, anywhere fix the glass
iswas a key factor in using iPhones.
I get that they are going for security... but why not simply disable the fingerprint reader if they detect the phone has been tampered with?
I just started the Valkyria Chronicles. I normally shy away from turn based strategy games because I find them unexciting -- sort of like tower defense games... But this one has an interesting style... Kind of a blend between X-COM and a Third Person shooter. Looks like it will be fun to play.

Now they have to redesign that to not brick it... but
hopefullyjust disable the print reader instead.Arguably... shouldn't they have simply disabled the print reader to start with?
What about those of us who don't (won't) actually even use that feature?
That's what it was already doing BEFORE the update....
Understanding that now, then yeah, I see this as just a money grab.

@dafyre I want one so bad haha.
It seems to be quite the tablet for $250. If you read the reviews, it says it may stutter when playing games and all... but I don't really plan to play too many... Unless I can get epsxe to work on it... or maybe a PS2 emulator... Just to see if it will work, lol.

I am trying to decide what made me want to switch to Firefox. The web browser stutters so bad, I can get to be a good paragraph a head of the text boxes here and on some other sites before the text even starts to display.
Everything seems to have a serious delay of a second or two or three when clicking or scrolling...
Just ranting right now... today I'm going to see if I can come up with a good solution.
I think your computer is broken... I don't have that problem.
How much RAM do you have? FF and Chrome both suffer from to much RAM requirements.Got plenty of RAM. 20GB of RAM, and only 60% of it is being used, so no problems there. I disabled hardware acceleration, so we'll see if that helps or not.
Try waterfox. You might be using the wrong elemental Fox for your computer?
I did try Gopher, but that one just left little piles of dirt all over my desk... I hope that was dirt.
Check the time on the system... and/or Unjoin / rejoin from the domain.
