@JaredBusch I'm not going to make any remote changes I'm not sure of when I don't have the time to drive to the site (4 hour round trip)

RE: UniFi Cloud Key
@Dashrender Next time I am at that office I will. I don't go out there very often.

RE: UniFi Cloud Key
@Dashrender I didnt have DNS stuff setup, I didn't mess with it a whole lot, running short on time.

RE: UniFi Cloud Key
@Dashrender I tried to add them via ssh and the set-inform address using an IP address and it would show up in the controller, but when I would go to adopt them it would start and say disconnected and never recognize it again.

RE: UniFi Cloud Key
@Breffni-Potter No. Just would like one if I need to change things, but I shouldn't really need to. That is how I ended up setting it up, ran the controller on my laptop, setup the ap, then shut off the controller.

RE: UniFi Cloud Key
@scottalanmiller I couldn't get the AP to adopt over the VPN, couldn't figure out why while I was out there.

RE: UniFi Cloud Key
@scottalanmiller I have an office that only has people in it about twice a month, i just through out an older router and an AP at the office.

RE: UniFi Cloud Key
@scottalanmiller It would work perfect at my small offices that dont have any servers.
I havent been able to get an AP to adopt over Layer 3 yet (also havent played with it enough either) -

@MattSpeller the conversation would never get that far along before I walked away

RE: Hot Swap vs. Blind Swap
@BRRABill It's possible that the drive had a loose connection and replacing the other knocked it offline.

Cylance Protect
I am a couple of days in on a Proof of Concept trial of Cylance Protect. I am pretty impressed so far. I have found a few machines running some malicious software (nothing major) that our current provider has failed to catch.
The software is very lightweight, only using about 44MB of Memory and never have seen CPU resources over 1%.
The online management portal is intuitive and makes machines easy to manage.
I'll keep everyone posted as the trial moves along!

RE: What Are You Doing Right Now
It took me a couple of reads to figure out exactly what this guy was trying to do. He lacks some fundamental understanding of how a VM works...
