I'm using twinax to connect my servers to my backup storage, but the sfp+ adapters are connecting to the exact same Intel cards in both cases.

@Jason From what I read from Microsoft, it appears you do have to do the inplace upgrades, then you can image.

@JaredBusch if it's a Windows domain, the DC should have an event logged in the security log. I believe it is event ID 4624.

@johnhooks I was using a disc and it didn't work either... i'll figure it out eventually.

Turned UEFI off, still no go. Stalls at a black screen. On my dell I have it installed on with UEFI bios with no issue. I'm wondering if the video card could be causing an issue.

Can't figure out why Linux mint won't boot on my Asus ROG desktop.

Yeah, we just got an EdgeMax because we needed 10gig SFP+.

The unifi switch does as well... at least in the 48 port version.

Yep... I generally do too unless I can make sure the breaker is off at the panel. We had all the breakers to the upstairs off when doing this and thought we were good.... turns out that wasn't the case. Lesson learned.

I do 90% of my electrical work with the power on. How the heck am I supposed to see what I'm doing if the light's off?!? Besides, 110V just tickles a little. I accidentally channeled 208V one time. I'd like to avoid repeating that one.

I do as well too, especially at my parents house. Their breakers are old and alot of times if I turn them off, I can't turn them back on and have to replace the breaker as well.
