What did you have for lunch or dinner today?
-
Just got done eating at Kings.
-
Had some Dunkin Donuts while on the road out to Rochester
-
No dinner today, but I can get what's left from making Black Forest Cupcakes
-
Grilled Cheese with tomato soup while watching FailArmy. That's my Friday routine.
-
We had a potluck at work today. So I'm good.

I can totally see that. You traditionally hear it used when discussing church events or weddings.

I'm 90% sure that my parents' wedding was pot luck.
-
I'm wrong, they only had cake.
-
And they didn't get any of the cake except for the topper which they didn't get to eat until a year later, which was customary back then.
