3 Monitor Capable Graphics Card Suggestions

I am looking for a good PC compatible graphics card that will truly support 3 monitors. This is for business and not gaming. Most of our PC's here have graphics cards with 3 ports (of varying types) but the GPU's will only support 2 at one time.
I've searched and I am having difficulty finding one. One of them in the descriptions just come right out and say 3x Monitor support. Any suggestions off hand? I prefer NVIDIA but am open to anything and looking for reasonable costs.

I always use http://pcpartpicker.com/ to find parts. Well, not always, but most of the time.

I always use http://pcpartpicker.com/ to find parts. Well, not always, but most of the time.
I'll give it a shot...I didn't think this would be so difficult but it has been.

I checked out the video card section...very nice but still doesn't show or verify if the card allows more than 2 monitors at once.

this is what we are using for our sales and customer service group. They each have 3 monitors and it works great. Just remember you need to purchase Active Display Port Adapters in order to get all 3 to work.
