Zabbix monitoring of XenServer and XenPool

Looking for any advice on how I can get this going, I've read and followed this guide here, which is supposed to get SNMP traffic flowing into Zabbix, but it doesn't appear to be working completely.
As I understand it I shouldn't need to install the zabbix agent to XS, just enabling the SNMP connectivity should be enough.
Anyone able to confirm / assist?
