MDT 2012 - PowerShell error

Getting the following error when launching MDT for the first time:

PowerShell is required to use the Deployment Workbench. Please install PowerShell then relaunch Deployment Workbench.

I've already RemoteSigned for the current user, I'm using Server 2012 R2 with PowerShell 3.0 ... Thoughts? Here's a couple links I tried already:
