Sharepoint development guidance
My cousin joined a company recently after her college and would like to learn more on SP development. Would be great if anyone from ML could give her some guidance. Her current company doesnt have much works (they work on project basis for their clients, and seems like they don't have much projects. She can't jump out of that job yet as there is a "bond" for 2 years to be on that job.

A book is probably the best way.
Yes, but as you can imagine, there are tons of books and resources and its easy to get confused on where to start. I've given her MVA links as a start

How strong is her C# and ASP.NET and MS SQL Server skills? Those are the foundations of Sharepoint development.
She needs to work on her MS SQL skills. One of my friends sent me a roadmap to learn sp dev. Sharing here
