Worker Setting Up Robot at VW Plant Killed by Robot

A contractor working to set up a stationary robotic arm was killed when the arm grabbed him and smashed him against a metal plate. An investigation is underway but the belief, thus far, is that human error is to blame. Authorities are contemplating bringing charges but have not yet determined against whom.
