Ok, basketball people... help me out with this one. This morning, I saw a man who I think lost a bet. Hew was jogging down a very busy road, wearing a Miami Heat uniform and a horse head mask. It was funny, and a little creepy, but I feel like there is some significance that I'm missing because I don't watch basketball. Anyone have the explanation? Or was it just some random idiot jogging in a horse head mask in 80 plus degree heat?
