If they don't totally forget about us, they'll get at least 18%... but like you said... depending on other factors, I'll swing either way... if I get just absurdedly bad service, I will go and speak with a manager.

 That pretty much sums it up. Today we learned what zapote fruit was.... when our street fruit lady made me eat some off of a knife that she was holding. Yeah, that's how we roll here.
