@lance No matter what recipe you use, make sure you cream the butter and sugars until it's lighter in color and consistency similar to buttercream frosting. I always ha flat, crunchy cookies until I learned this.

She has a great recipe for amazing gluten and wheat free chocolate chip cookies that we love now.

If I could get that, it would be great. We are starting to watch we eat and drink after watching the movie food matters.
