I'm sure they paid nothing, people are so obsessed with being on television, no matter what it is for.

You can only poop so much, though. No matter how obsessed with pooping that you may be, you can only poop as much as anyone else. And she looks pretty skinny, so she doesn't appear to be eating tons extra just to poop more.
