So Comcast calls me yesterday and says they are offering me a new improved service for the same price and I asked why they are offering this. They said because I'm a loyal customer. I then asked why they think I'm loyal when I've had my service for a month and am contractless. They stumbled to answer. I asked them if this had anything to do with fios coming into the area and they said no. I said I'm going with fios.

My great irony: I've had zero issues with Comcast residential service. Comcast Business on there other hand is the definition of evil.
