Does anyone know if MaaS360 or Meraki (paid versions) support setting up rules to track locations for historical searching?

We want to do this. I know free Meraki, which we currently use, doesn't do this. I trialled 3CX, which does, though I didn't get on particularly well with it. Probably worth looking at though (http://www.mobiledevicemanager.com/)

We want to use it to stop our service engineers from sneaking to the pub whilst they should be working. But we use iOS and there is no way to prevent them from simply turning the tracking app off, so I've abandoned the project for the time being.

I use Meraki free at this client already and Maas360 via SW at another client so those were the two I was familiar with. The owner at this client was inquiring about choices because he just fired a sales guy for not being where he said he was.

Big Brother is watching. Isn't there another way to do this?

Obviously a sales guy that is not where he is says he is will have poor sales. So yeah, you can shitcan him for that. But the point is to have historical evidence to assist with said termination.
Also, when it comes to company devices, you have zero expectation of, or right to, privacy in the US.

If the sales guy is doing a good job, you don't care where he is or what he is doing. If he doesn't make sales you don't care if he works hard 100 hours a week. Tracking a sales guy can only hurt from a business perspective.
