Seriously? You can't access iCloud from Windows except by installing a client?

If you know of a way to view the apps you've purchased in the Apple App Store and/or how to view your iCloud contents without installing iTunes or iCloud client,

      Please share

      Thanks

They don't have a web interface you can access?

How do you see your files? when I click on iCloud I get taken to a page simply talking about installing it on a device. not how to see the files (remember I'm on a Windows machine, not a MAC, and no iTunes here either.

That is where I get to things on my windows 8.1 machine. Works great. I don't have iTunes installed on my windows machine either. It does need to be fully setup though. I believe I may have done that on my Macbook

Yep, I get that too, before the screen shot I got above, You'll see that it says iCloud Drive on the left top corner, but then just talks about it, but never gives me access.

It must force you to set it up via ITunes. Sorry but you can install it get it setup and then delete it. I have both IOS/OSX and Windows devices. So I setup everything on the Mac

                      OK, I think.

My user already has an existing iCloud account, with lots of stuff in it. What will I be creating by installing iTunes?

I'm feeling really stupid right now - finish setup? The user has had an iphone since the iPhone 1 - and an iCloud account since they opened those.... It syncs from the iphone to the ipad, but I can't access/view the files via the web..

Ok after some research. You have to install ITUNES on the machine you want to access icloud from and authorize it. Once authorized you can then access the webapp.

Thank you very much for digging in the recesses of apple lore I didn't want to go. From what I could tell, it did appear that I was going to have to install an app - ug - I hate apple!

Looks like I need to upgrade to iCloud Drive from iCloud.

Currently there are only backups in my iCloud, the pictures aren't synced to iCloud Photos, from what I can tell.
