Interesting - but seems to be a rather large device for a phone...
The Fh-ablet (Phone/Tablet) is to large to be used as a phone in my opinion,.. this looks to be even larger.

        Other wise seems decent.

It's a just a tablet / convertible combo. I saw those a year or two ago. Seems completely silly to me. Too big to be a useful phone, too small to be a useful laptop.

I agree with you both. A 7 inch device I don't believe will work as a phone - it's only usable if you're using a headset with it. As for a working display, 7 inches is to small.

And I have to assume the version of Windows running on it is RT, and we still don't know if MS is going to be making Windows 10 for ARM.

It's dual processors, obviously. They two OSes run at the same time and one runs in a way that can be disconnected. All of the devices like this are dual procs. That's what makes them work. ARM for Android because it needs to be low power and AMD64 for Windows because it doesn't run on ARM.

RT would be completely useless as, it just is. Android can run on AMD64 but not at the same time that Windows is.
