ManageEngine: Ondemand - Print ticket

Plenty to learn with moving to ManageEngine.
In HESK I would print the ticket request and use it to make notes, then when I returned add that information to the ticket.
I don't see that option, and searching the User Guide and forum I don't see references to it.
Curious if it's possible.

Haven't tried that. You can probably just hit the browser print button. It might format for that without telling you anywhere.

Also, why print?
There is an app for all the mobile devices. You can enter the notes directly into the notes field of the request.

Yea,.. I need to see about it.But something about paper... weird I know. At the end of the month I take all the tickets, attachments (parts order etc) and scan them to PDF. While I didn't have the nice reports that MEOD has,..
I need to look at the app - but using it on my phone isn't the 'fastest'.

It may not be the fastest at the exact moment compared to paper, but you have zero further steps needed to get notes saved into the request. So over all it is a huge time saver.
