Thanks for the info.
Looked at Bluetrait, don't seem to have a mobile app.
Looking at Action1 now
Atera is way more expensive that Pulseway
I can add devices at Pulseway for ~ $17/yr -
Wow.
I don't know how to compare per-endpoint to "self hosted per-technician pricing", this is really expensive. We pay SC about $800/year. This is over 20k/year
-
@jasgot I signed up 6 servers this morning with Pulseway for $US107/yr or thereabouts.

It also needs to have a mobile app for Android so I can view on my phone.
Apps aren't needed for use on a phone.

It may or may not cover everything thing you look for but take a look at MeshCentral.
MeshCentral on its own doesn't do that stuff. TacticalRMM incorporates Mesh and does every single thing on his list, and way more, for "free". Hosting costs less than $10 on Vultr.

@black3dynamite Already using MC, it's pretty good, just missing a few things I'm after.
Just logged back into my Pulseway account. Looked at their pricing on the home page, but my pricing is $17/device/year. Don't know why, not arguing, hard pressed to get better than that.
Problem solved, close the ticket.
If you are already using MC, TacticalRMM will interface with your existing install so that you don't need to make any changes at all.

Problem solved, close the ticket. That's way, way, way more than $20 total! That's a terrible price. Even when we were buying RMM from terrible vendors it wasn't that much.

That's the product that Scott and company were developing, while he may say it's not a dead product, it essentially is as nothing has been done with it for a long time.

No need for it, Tactical RMM basically took exactly our ideas and did a great job with them quite quickly. So we'd be just duplicating their work. TRMM is far from finished and doesn't do everything that we wanted to do, but they are coming along fast and do a great job so far using exactly the design we were going for. Even integrating with the same third party OSS tools!

So why is the website still around? Isn't it costing money to maintain those services?

Of course it does, and we all know it. It may be trivial, but it costs.

It would cost more to shut it down. Since it is already hosted and no cost is assigned to it specifically.

This makes no sense, it would take what 10 minutes to turn it off?
Where as keeping it around means you're using resources to keep it around.

But 10 seconds worth of resources though. It's free. Literally free. Not one penny goes out because of it. It doesn't use its own server, account, nada.
