Is it just me, or has Firefox become an outcast?

What we really need to do is define browser. Because Chrome is more than a browser. Its a mini OS
In what way? How is it different from other browsers?

I am just a little. I'll admit it.

What do you mean by volume?
You were criticizing IE for not having enough sprawl of addons.

Ah, ok. Well, it has a pretty pathetic selection.

Does it lack specific features?

IE just lacks general support for websites to develop plugins for it. You see people say to download the FF add-in, or the Chrome extension, but you rarely see anything for IE outside of toolbars. And we all LOVE toolbars....
-
But is anything missing? Why would you want a plugin for a site? What site is lacking functionality?
Sounds like you want exactly what people used to hate about IE and ActiveX.

Things like AdBlock Plus, just as one example. However, it's finding plugins/extensions/add-ins that you might not have realized existed, just by browsing the repositories, that turn out to be big time savers. I'm more upset at the IE basically not encouraging people to develop for it.

I personally don't find IE lacking in anything except performance, well and I can't get NoScript or TreeStyleTabs.
Performance might even be up these days, but because I can't have the addons I want, I haven't bothered using it for my daily web surfing for years.

IE is quite competitive in speed these days.

I still don't like IE, but touche.

I don't like it either. But I also dislike plugins IE taught me to hate things that attach to browsers.

Um, http://www.iegallery.com/Addons/Details/16161
The thing is sure there are a lot of plugins for chrome, but who wants them or uses them? most of them are of very poor quality. The less add ons the better.
-
I only use FF for web dev work because of the awesome Firebug addon.
Since I am trying out the 64bit version of Chrome, I thought I would try the Firebug Lite extension and see how well it works.

Same issue as Android. Yeah it has the biggest software library but mostly it is a lack of quality control and sprawl. There isn't more on Android that I want, just more. It's not a bad thing, but not a positive either.
