Windows 10 Screen Shot No Longer Working

We have a Windows 10 customer for whom the PrintScreen button to automate screen caps has stopped working. Very odd. We really don't want to get a third party tool, but will if we have to, but wondering if there is a setting somewhere where the PrintScreen button may have become disconnected from the native application? When it is pressed now, nothing happens.
