Just to share.
So another group of IT students went here to conduct their interview for Thesis and Networking Subject.
And i got another cake.

I had grapes and Coffee. My wife is serious about me losing weight. I cannot complain as I am down 4.6kg (10.12lbs) since July 15.

I want to get back under 90kg / 200lbs. My goal for the next 15 days is to get under 100kg.
Me and a co-worker have been tracking it all year. Here is my progress.
edit: That goal weight is just the US standard for 5' 10" medium build. My goal will be to simply stay under 90kg / 200lbs.
