Outlook File is in use and cannot be accessed

The file c:\Users\Maria\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst is in use and cannot be accessed. Close any application that is using this file, and then try again. You might need to restart your computer.
If you get this error (even if you aren't Maria) this is sometimes caused by another application or another copy of Outlook trying to hold open a file handle on a PST file. You can use the Resource Manager under the CPU tab to search on the file name and see what is holding it open. If there is something competing for the file, simply close it and/or reboot the computer.
But this isn't the case, however, likely the error is just an error itself and Windows is confused and the actual issue is that the PST file is correct. Use the ScanPST.exe application in the Outlook application directory on the file. Typically this will clear up the issue.

I’ll make sure the accounting department doesn’t link to any of them
