Part of the problem here is...

Business = not dictating the solution but the goal. Let IT find the solution that meets the goal.

Business = not all in one. All in one is a consumer thinking way of viewing tech.

Could not agree more. Some people are just too cheap for their own good. If you can't spend a couple hundred bucks to setup a proper network foundation for your business, then you have no business, having said business.

ER-X and Unifi AC Lite > $150 plus install.

AmpliFi is managed through an app.

I gave myself remote access via said app with a google account.

In fact, I believe I bitched about that requirement in the thread I posted pictures in.

Pictures on my phone are dated Dec 6, 2018. Did a more advanced search here and no luck.

For what it is worth, I put one of these in my Mom's house as their home router for Christmas last year because they were not getting signal across a 2,000 Sqf house. I haven't touched it, rebooted it, or even thought about it in a year with no issues.

I can’t remember I think there was a setting for that though yes
